At Markwin Digital, we pride ourselves on a professional working model dedicated to excellence. While our commitment to quality typically precludes the need for project cancellations or refunds, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such events, the following terms and conditions apply.

Cancellation Guidelines

To initiate a cancellation, clients must adhere to the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be submitted in writing to our sales team within 7 days of signing the initial purchase agreement.

  • Exclusions: Orders placed under promotional offers, domain name registrations, and domain name transfers are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

  • Payment Defaults: Failure to settle the net payment within 10 working days will result in the automatic termination of the service agreement.

Refund Processing and Deductions

If a refund is approved under our internal policies, the final amount will be subject to deductions for:

  • Labor and resources utilized for work already completed.

  • Administrative and incidental overhead.

  • Applicable taxes and service installation fees.

Important Provisions

  • Policy Violations: Any breach of our terms and conditions will lead to immediate agreement cancellation and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

  • Third-Party Disruptions: Markwin Digital cannot be held liable for refunds if service delays or disruptions are caused by third-party providers or external factors beyond our control.

  • Client Responsibility: We encourage all clients to review these policies thoroughly to ensure a transparent and seamless partnership.
